Why Ingredients Matter

Good beer starts with good ingredients.

We’ll walk you through the core elements of every brew:

  • Water – Seems simple, but it makes a massive difference in the final taste.

  • Malt – This is where the colour and sweetness come from.

  • Hops – For bitterness, aroma, and flavour complexity.

  • Yeast – The magic that turns sugar into alcohol and adds its own character.

It’s not just about throwing ingredients into a tank, it’s about understanding how each one shapes the beer you drink.

How We Brew It

From grain to glass, we’ll guide you through our full brewing process:

  1. Mashing – Where we extract the good stuff from the malt.

  2. Boiling – Adding hops and building flavour.

  3. Fermentation – Where the beer comes alive.

  4. Conditioning – Giving it time to rest and develop.

You’ll see our gear up close and learn how we balance creativity with consistency in every batch we brew.

How We Pour Matters Too

There’s an art to pouring beer, and we’re here to share a few secrets. On the tour, we’ll show you how the right glassware, temperature, and technique all play a part in serving a perfect pint, whether it’s on tap or in your hand at home.

Keeping It Fresh

We take quality seriously. All our beers are stored and handled in a way that keeps them tasting exactly how they should, fresh, crisp, and full of flavour. From temperature control to small-batch care, we don’t cut corners.

Finish With a Tasting

Of course, we’ll wrap things up with a guided tasting of our favourite brews. Whether you’re into bold and hoppy or smooth and malty, you’ll get to try a range of beers that showcase what we do best. Plus, you’ll get the story behind each one, because every beer has one.

Local tip:

Our cool beer paddles are best accompanied by our freshly made pizza and cheese platters. Or if you're a dark beer lover, these go down especially well with our legendary chocolate brownies.
